Unashamed

 Unashamed is a Christian Hip Hop (CHH) ministry aimed at reaching out to the lost souls in the streets through street music concerts on the 18th of December every year. It is a Team of young people who share in the vision and work hard with the help of God to achieve it. The vision is to take the hospital of Jesus to the streets without being ashamed of it, especially through living a lifestyle of it and to win souls to Christ, our Lord and saviour. The purpose is to glorify God with all He's blessed us with. .The role each person plays is to facilitate 3 things

1. Pray for Unashamed

2. Be available to organize and make the plans to reality.

3. To support the ministry financially.

In an interview with the Visioner Daniel Nuhu Young he said " My team members inspire me to do more, the likes of F2, Natty Great, Evidence, Sami, Miracle and a whole lot of them who I may not mention but they have really been impactful. Secondly, to my spiritual father, apostle Samdave who has really helped in showing me paths to follow in my Christian growth, the support of my church pastor, Rev. Dr. S.N Tafida whom God has used to commission the ministry, CHH and the whole body of Christ.

When asked how the Journey has been he said "The journey has been quite great despite all challenges that we've faced, God has shown us that this is clearly his work because we have seen His miraculous works in the success of our outreaches.

Secondly, we've really grown both individually and collectively as a family. I personally attest to how God has brought me up from a baby christian to this level which am still growing in His love. When unashamed started, there were just 8 members in the team. But now they have grown to 35 members."

The Team has been able to reach out to the streets with 2 major hip hop concerts on December 18th 2018 and 2019 respectively.Lives were blessed and transformed and we believe God is glorified. In the next 5 years, it is their desire to cover more grounds for Christ not only through the concerts but through humanitarian programmes. Young wants the whole team to be able to use their God's given abilities to glorify God even if it is cleaning.He wishes to see the team live a blessed and fulfilled life in Christ, to see them grow as a community of believers who are unashamed to profess Christ as Lord and saviour and will live for God without compromises. This year, they intend to hold a 2-days outreach on 17th and 18th December. In his final words Daniel said " the 18th of December is gonna be grand as I hope to mark my silver jubilee alongside two of the team members (Evidence and Emminique) whose birthdays falls the same day. 

The whole Team wishes to thank each and everyone who has been a part of the success of the concerts, who contributed and also came around. Why August 19th is World Photography Day

Photography Day, which aims to inspire photographers across the planet to share a single photo with a simple purpose: to share their world with the world. Here is a look at photography over the years.

World Photo Day originates from the invention of the Daguerreotype, a photographic process developed by Frenchmen Louis Daguerre and Joseph Nicephore Niepce in 1837.

On January 9, 1839, the French Academy of Sciences announced the Daguerreotype process. On August 19, the French government purchased the patent and announced the invention as a gift “free to the world”.

The Daguerreotype wasn’t the first permanent photographic image. In 1826, Niepce captured the earliest known permanent photograph known as “View from the Window at Le Gras” using a process called heliography.

The first durable colour photograph was taken by Thomas Sutton in 1861. It was a set of three black-and-white photographs taken through red, green and blue filters. However, the photographic emulsions then in use were insensitive to the spectrum, so the result was very imperfect and the demonstration was soon forgotten.

On August 19, 2010 World Photo Day hosted its first global online gallery. Almost 270 photographers shared their pictures and people from over 100 countries visited the website. This marked the first official, globally reaching World Photo Day.

As early as 1839, a selfie was clicked by American Robert Cornelius. Cornelius set his camera up, took the image by removing the lens cap and then running into frame. On the back he wrote “The first light picture ever taken 1839”.
The first digital photograph was taken in 1957; almost 20 years before Kodak’s engineer invented the first digital camera. The photo is a digital scan of a shot initially taken on film which depicts Russell Kirsch’s son and has a resolution of 176×176.

Gold wasn't wearing it's beauty, 

Neither was silver as pure as it was,

HEARTFELT APPEAL!

Our enemies are still intruding. Leaving our homes on fire,shooting every soul scampering for safety. Wiith our helpless selves crying over our beloved ones whose innocent bodies lay on the earth (Giving us a glimpse of life in Hades).

We're weeping and wailing, cursing and lamenting, nagging and protesting. But there can be better options we may have been failing to see.

What if- 

we shun the retaliations,extend a hand of peace and take corrections?

What if-

We discard pride and source morality from God?

What if-

We understand and accept our religious differences?

What if 

We hold onto the pole of love and justice and make hatred loose its grip?

What if-

We become less judgmental and a lot more accommodating?

What if-

We accept we're all humans before we became anything?

What if-

We kill the hypocrisy and be our true brother's keeper?

What if-

We lay aside what makes us different and focus on the reason for our existence?

What if-

We stop being jugdemental and try to see from each other eyes?

What if-

We digest that we are better off without physical violence?

What if

We all just stop for a minute and think without hate?

It's this type of chaos that hinders growth, and makes us crawl as a third world country. We don't have to do this to ourselves rather we can fight poverty, lack of social amenity, et al. This madness has to stop!
